Torj Technology is committed to development of home-grown, yet internationally marketable professionals in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Over the past five(5) years, we have trained and developed more than twenty(20) students and graduates, most of who joined us with little or no preliminary knowledge or skills in IT/Telecoms engineering.

WHAT WE OFFER

Torj offers opportunities for hardworking and self-motivated individuals to work as Industrial Attachees; as temporary staff - and/or compete for permanent positions as they may become available. Our major consideration(during a 3-month probation period) in taking on personnel are (i) demonstrated ability of the individual to learn quickly (ii) willingness to take on responsibility and also demonstrate initiative (iii) PLUS a commitment to independent, perpetual Self-Development, using various in-house resources that are made easily accessible to all personnel.

We believe that for the most part, your educational background is unlikely to be a limitation to your developing the needed competencies while you work. What you DO NEED is great hunger and passion to learn, in addition to a willingness to work long and hard.
